1K Industrial Anticorrosive Primers                                                             

Aqua Industrial Coatings have available a large range of 1K water based and 1K solvent based anticorrosive primers to cover a wide range of substrates, these are made up of Alkyd anticorrosive primers, modified high solid Alkyd anticorrosive primers, PVB, PVC, Acrylic, and Epoxy resins.

Ching Coatings also have special primers which are made up of Alkyd and Acrylic resins, these are used for the temporary protection of Steel during transportation to site (transport coatings).

Solvent Based Primers

There are a range of Zinc Dust primers for Cathodic protection of blasted steel. and also PVB for steel, galvanised steel and non ferrous metals.

PVC / Acrylic resins are also available along with PVC / Alkyd resin based anticorrosive primers, for superior anticorrosive protection on Non ferrous metals galvanised steel for duplex paint systems.

There is also available heat resistant primers which are based on Ethyl Sillcate resins covering a range of heat between 400ºC to 600ºC.

Low solvent primers are also included in the wide range of Ching Coatings primers which are based on special polymer resins with or without existing coatings or bare steel. These are also recommended for manually derusted steel. Surface Tolerant 1K primers are included in the Ching Coatings primer range including low solvent primers which reduce the odure of the primer in confined spaces.

A range of High Solid 1K primers are also included, for example Zinc Free High Solid Primer which is formulated on special polymer resins which makes the primer surface tolerant.

Cor-Ten Steel, the Ching Coatings KT 008 SuprAlvite HS Primer, which is also a high solid primer that seals the surface with good penertration.

Water Based Primers

Ching Coatings have a range of 1K water based primers within ther range of primer, water based primers and topcoats are becoming more widely used within the industrial painting systems.

These consit of special Acrylate resins, these primers can be applied to EPD coated steel and are quick drying and also shot blasted steel surfaces and provide excellent anticorrosive protection, they are also used on galvenised steel, zinc and Aluminium. These primers are also available in surface tolerant versions and also temporary anticorrosive coatings when transporting steel to site.

The other primer available in the water based range is the MIOX primer (Micasous Iron oxide) which provides an excellent barrier agains corrision and when included in a 3 coat system.

As you can see form the above the primer range of Ching Coatings can cover all the requirements of the industrial coater, the water based primers mirror the solvent based ones.
